The biggest mistake I've made...

I wanted to tell you a tale about the biggest mistake I’ve made as a leader/ entrepreneur.

And that is……

……Trying to do what’s “right” instead of being true to my authentic self.

I’ve invested $20k++ in myself over the past 2 years in coaches, mentors, therapy, courses, experiences, etc. And I’ve been given all the tools I could possibly need to run a successful coaching business while continuing to elevate my consciousness.

But here’s where I went wrong…..

I was so caught up with everything I had consumed/ learned that I was trying so hard to do everything “the right way”, and ended up losing myself in the process.

And I know you’ve been there too.

So how do we find the balance between applying what we’ve learned while also staying true to ourselves?

By understanding that everything you’ve learned & consumed are TOOLS in a tool box. You’re NOT a screwdriver, this is not who you are, but you know how to use one and can use it whenever it makes sense in your situation.

Everything you’ve learned will always just be that, TOOLS. Only you know who you are at your core, and how to move forward in a way that feels correct & powerful to your authentic self.

At the end of the day, trusting yourself & what’s true to you in the moment is what’s going to make you stand out & accelerate your potential.

So here are some questions to ask yourself/ journal on to get closer to that version of YOU:

1) What would you do if you were no longer afraid?

2) Take a moment and envision taking a leap of faith. What “what ifs” or worst case scenarios come up in your mind? What fears come up for you when imagining the unknown? Write 3-5 affirmations to counter these “what ifs” and fears. Either “I am” statements OR “what if everything works out?”

3) What helps you open your mind and expand your consciousness? How can this expansion help you form your intentions?

Sending you love & healing vibes as you navigate these shifts.

Love:
